The purpose? The put a creative spin on the age old adage of the "broke college student." There's so much and so little truth to that statement, and with everyone's minds and mouths on the economy watch, we decided to create a forum for students to share what they have done for spending money, for rent money, or just to round out their tuition bill, and a place for others to try to understand the underground culture that we live in. Creativity reigns supreme, and we welcome submissions that are off the beaten path of the analytical essay. What college student desires to write an extra essay, anyways?
I must admit, this comes of personal reasons as well. I am struggling, more than many, and less than many more. I have done strange and random things to get by. I am not exempt. And, being an English and Psychology major(s), I wanted to do a written study of the problem and the phenomenon. Learn, and enjoy.
